1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or using the Tudlo Editor platform, tools, and services (collectively referred to as "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Scope of Service & Subscriptions
Tudlo Editor provides interactive lesson builders, educational games, and AI assistants (TudloAI) designed to assist teachers and educators.
- Tudlo Editor (₱450/mo): Grants access to the desktop/offline game creator, offline interactive quiz packages, and matching tools.
- TudloAI (₱400/mo): Grants access to AI features including smart 4As, 5Es, 7Es, DLL, and DLP lesson planning template builders.
- Premium Plus (₱700/mo): Grants complete access to both Tudlo Editor and TudloAI bundles.
All account activation codes are issued upon receipt of subscription payments via direct message processing through our official Facebook Page (facebook.com/tudloapp).
3. Accounts & Security
To access the Service, you must register a unique account with a username and a valid activation code. You are entirely responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and account password.
- All operations, edits, and sync behaviors conducted under your account.
- Immediately notifying our support team if you notice any unauthorized access or breach of security.
4. Intellectual Property
The core software, templates, design, assets, and branding elements associated with Tudlo Editor are the exclusive intellectual property of Tudlo App. Users retain full ownership and intellectual rights of the customized content, presentations, questions, and lesson plans created by them using our platform.
5. Refund & Termination Policy
Due to the digital and instant activation nature of our activation keys and offline-capable services, all subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access if a user is found violating these terms, conducting reverse-engineering, or distributing unlicensed copies of the Tudlo Editor desktop software.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
